Residential Irrigation Services

We service all sizes and types of residential irrigation systems.  Everyone is custom designed to meet the needs of your landscape and soil type.  We can install and service systems that use city, well, or lake/pond water, and no matter how large the system may be. 

We believe in using only the highest quality materials in our installations.  Don't be fooled - the next guy may not install your sprinkler system the same way we do.  Using industry best practices, and continually learning about new and better ways to install sprinkler systems, we will install each and every system according to best practices.  Below are a few ways we ensure your system is the best available:

• All above ground piping is copper - where most guys use PVC, we use copper.  This is because PVC breaks down in UV light and becomes brittle and can break unexpectedly, potentially costing hundreds or even thousands of dollars if you don't catch it.  Copper is weed whacker proof, UV resistant, and an all-around cleaner look.  There are a few exceptions to this rule.
• We mostly only install Hunter products, and their best products - We prefer most Hunter sprinkler products, so to keep inventory simpler, we only install their products (mostly).  We have experience with, and service, Rain Bird products, but we only carry a small handful of Rain Bird parts.  We install Hunter Industries I20 turf rotor, which is their high-level rotor, and pressure regulated spray bodies with MP Rotator nozzles installed. 
• No valve manifolds away from the zone - We do not place valve manifolds away from the zone in which the valve will operate.  Circling back to the best practices, this is to ensure that pressure is evenly applied to each head, and makes locating each zones piping easier.

Conserving Water To Save You Money

We believe in water conservation, not because Wisconsin lacks water (we certainly don’t), but because water can be very expensive when you’re watering the lawn all summer. We want to supply your lawn with just the right amount of water to keep the grass green and your soil soft, but without providing so much water that isn’t beneficial to the lawn. Below are a few ways we achieve this:

• We install smart controllers whenever possible. Smart controllers, such as Hydrawise by Hunter Industries, collect weather data and make automatic adjustments to your sprinkler system, so you don’t water when we’re supposed to get rain that afternoon.
• We use high-end products such as pressure-regulated sprinkler heads, sprinklers with check valves, and high-efficiency nozzles, all of which are used to efficiently water your lawn without overwatering.
• We do not water over sidewalks when possible. If you have a terrace you want to have watered, we will create a separate zone on the terrace, so we don’t waste water by watering the city sidewalk. Exceptions may apply to this due to local ordinances.
